Brad Haneberg
Partner
Brad founded the firm in 2014 to provide sophisticated corporate and securities guidance to growing clients in a boutique setting. Brad’s practice centers on securities regulation, corporate finance, and general corporate representation. In addition to representing U.S. companies of varying sizes, he has also developed a specialized securities regulation practice focused on companies located in Asia, South America, and Europe that desire to attract Western capital.
Brad has completed numerous initial public offerings and other corporate transactions for U.S. and international companies with diverse business lines, including real estate development (REITs), environmental design, international shipping, biotechnology, agriculture, investment services, medical equipment design, software development, and oil field services through access to U.S. markets.

Richard Hurlbert
Partner
Richard joined the firm in 2016, bringing several prominent corporate and finance clients and 24 years of experience in the areas of corporate law and corporate and municipal finance. Richard has been listed among the ranks of nationally recognized lawyers in the area of bonds and municipal finance for over 20 years and has represented issuers, including conduit issuers and municipalities, underwriters, placement agents, credit enhancers, purchasers, trustees, and borrowers of taxable and tax-exempt bonds in a wide variety of transactions, including serving as bond counsel in publicly sold and privately placed bonds issued for a myriad of governmental, charitable, and private “for-profit” projects across the Commonwealth and the country. In addition to his public finance experience, Richard has represented financial institutions as lenders in a wide variety of conventional loans to a diverse array of borrowers and also represents numerous small businesses as their general corporate counsel.
